Banks Seek Leave to Appeal to Supreme Court of Canada - Prairie Fire Seminar on Hold
The Bank of Montreal and Royal Bank of Canada have both applied to the Supreme Court of Canada for leave to appeal the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal's decisions in Innovation Credit Union v. Bank of Montreal and Radius Credit Union v. Royal Bank of Canada. As a result Layh & Associates must postpone its Prarie Fire seminar scheduled for June of this year. Stay tuned for results of these leave applications.
